QUESTIONS?
What will the weather be like?
Expect gentle sunshine, soft breezes, and the occasional playful rain shower -just enough to keep everything beautifully green! The average temperature in Ireland in July & August can be anywhere between 10-17°C (50-63°F), but it is the warmest time of year and can reach mid 20s centigrade (80°F and above).
The Irish say, “if you want to know what the weather is like, wait ten minutes.” (In other words, Irish weather can change quickly.) The upside of all this is that, if you do experience a rain shower, it's likely that there will be some sunshine along very soon afterwards. We advise all of our guests to prepare by packing a high quality, lightweight, rainproof jacket.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for our wedding day is black tie.
What should I wear on the other days?
See each event section for dress code.
For pub night, keep it casual and comfy. And for games day, dress to win in your active wear and sports shoes. We recommend bringing a light jacket... and maybe an umbrella!
Where can I get hair and make up services for the wedding day?
If you would like to have hair and make up come to you, we recommend FMN Studios. To check availability and pricing, contact info@fmnstudios.com.
Alternatively, the following local salons offer Glam services which can be booked directly online:
